Yoga is a system that includes the practice of yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama), to help bring peace to the mind and body. This prepares the body for deeper spiritual experiences, such as meditation.

We have a total yoga studio where you’ll find everything that’s related to yoga. Our focus is to bring Hatha yoga,Asana, Kirtan, and more - as well as spiritual teachings - together under one roof, to offer students & teachers alike a full and rich yoga experience.

No matter what yoga style you choose to practice, you’ll likely see improvements in your health. Regular yoga practice can:

• Increase your flexibility

• Increase your strength and muscle tone

• Improve your cardio health and circulation

• Detoxify your organs

• Help you to sleep better

• Increase your energy levels

• Improve your posture

• Improve athletic performance and reduce injuries

• Help with chronic pain

• Improve your mood by releasing endorphins

• And many more benefits

Hatha yoga represents the balance of opposites – cold and hot, fire and water, positive and negative, male and female. The name comes from two Sanskrit words meaning “sun” and “moon”. This form of yoga is the one most commonly practiced in the west. Hatha yoga is relatively gentle and slow-paced, which is great for beginners.

We encourage students to connect our inner worldto our physical world through the play of the Asanas (postures). It is the dance of our lives, the choreography of the present moment, alive and free.

Our asana classes combine alignment, devotion, and philosophy in the traditional style of Vinyasa. Vinyasa means “to move with the breath”. The series of poses are designed to flow along with purposeful breathing.

Our Prenatal yoga classes teach you about“Birthing From Within”, and can help you prepare for the arrival of your little one. These classes are designed for every stage during your pregnancy and after you give birth, as well.

We work with people of all experience levels. Weprovide a range of classes, from Beginner classes which include the basics and alignment, to more Intermediate/ Advanced classes exploring advanced poses and variations in the Asanas.

You are welcome to join one of our classes. If you wish to experience more focused training, set up your own private session, or create a small class with a few of your close friends.

At our studio we have no fluff and no frills, just great teachers and affordable prices. Our goal is to put a smile on your face, love in your heart, and a new spring in your step.
