'I am absolutely shocked by how I was treated by this company. They were scheduled for repair between 1-5pm on a Friday. Called Friday morning to say they would not be able to get there until Monday. Adjusted my schedule to fit the Monday 1-5pm timeline. Monday morning I was attending a class from 11:00- 11:50, phones are not allowed. Saw their voice mail when I finished and called them immediately. After being put on hold by various operators I was told they had tried to call me multiple times starting at 8:40. That wasn’t true. I received a huge argument. I explained my circumstances and was told a technician was not coming today. I’d already adjusted my schedule twice. She put the phone down and I could hear her telling all the other operators about our conversation. She kept arguing about what time she had started calling me and was mocking me to the other employees. WOW!! I could have asked for a supervisor but what’s the point? I hope to find a more professional company. I guess they don’t need the business.'
